I am trying to setup the JIRA Service Desk using version v3.3 on-premise install, The setup guides says that it comes with three default project templates, which may be applied according to the team's needs. The three different templates are
However, only to two first templates are available from Select Projects > Create Project menu?
How can the Customer service desk template be enabled?
Not 100% sure, but I think the Customer Service Desk template is currently only available on the cloud hosted version, not on-premise installations. The documentation that mentions it at https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-your-service-desk-732528750.html is for the cloud version.
