Missing Customer Service Desk template i Jira Service Desk

I am trying to setup the JIRA Service Desk using version v3.3 on-premise install, The setup guides says that it comes with three default project templates, which may be applied according to the team's needs. The three different templates are

  • The Basic Service Desk
  • The IT Service Desk
  • The Customer service desk template

However, only to two first templates are available from Select Projects > Create Project menu?

How can the Customer service desk template be enabled?

Not 100% sure, but I think the Customer Service Desk template is currently only available on the cloud hosted version, not on-premise installations. The documentation that mentions it at https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-your-service-desk-732528750.html is for the cloud version.

We did an uninstall and reinstall of the service desk and lost all of the templates.

Wondering how to get them back.
