Migration jira 6.2.1 to 6.4.2 license

In our company  we are working in JIRA+Agile+JIRA confluence and i would like to migrate to new platform our current version JIRA 6.2.1 to JIRA 6.4.2 with the following addons and all of our projects:

Please give the datail explanation about license upgrade of problems with migration of plugins to new platform.

I'd recommend reading the release notes for each one of your addons - it's not something support (or the volunteers here) are going to do for you for free.
