Migration from OnDemand to on-premise

What are the steps to migrate OnDemand to on-premise servers? Is it fully supported?

What about users, is there any mechanism that will allow to map existing users to AD users (considering LDAP integration)?

In order to migrate your OnDemand instances, you are required to use the most recent versions of JIRA and/or Confluence.
The most recent JIRA version can be found here.
The most recent Confluence version can be found here.

Please bear in mind, that neither of these 2 versions are officially supported. Since you are required to use these versions when migrating from OnDemand, you can expect to receive support on these, but as soon as a newer supported version is being released, you are required to upgrade in order to be eligible for support.

As for migrating users between user directories, please have a look at this page.
