          Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Plugin
Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Self-Update Plugin
          Draw.io JIRA plugin
          email-helpdesk-for-jira
         JIRA Agile
         JIRA Bamboo Plugin
         JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin
         JIRA iCalendar Plugin
         JIRA Watcher Field
         Remotable Plugins I18n plugin
         System Plugin: Tempo Core
         System Plugin: Tempo Planning API
         System Plugin: Tempo Teams
         Tempo Timesheets

Sigurd Volkmann

Dear Sigurd,

We have translated your question from German to English in case other users have the same question.

Question:

We have the following planning:
Our current Jira installation including the Add-Ons is to be migrated to another Windows server. At the same time, the old Jira version 6.0.5 is to be migrated to the new version 7.1.
We have already installed a version of 7.1 on the target server. At present, this is still an installation with an evaluation license.
The Add-Ons of the old version are not adjusted to the test version yet.
Basically, the following steps are necessary:
Installation of the Add-Ons (see list below)
Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Plugin
Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager Self-Update Plugin
         Draw.io JIRA plugin
         email-helpdesk-for-jira
         JIRA Agile
         JIRA Bamboo Plugin
         JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin
         JIRA iCalendar Plugin
         JIRA Watcher Field
         Remotable Plugins I18n plugin
         System Plugin: Tempo Core
         System Plugin: Tempo Planning API
         System Plugin: Tempo Teams
         Tempo Timesheets
Change from evaluation license to productive license
Data transfer from the current Jira application
Could you provide a manual/tips/documentation?

Answer:

First, we would like to inform you that our current Email Helpdesk for JIRA plugin is not supported on Jira 7.1, but we already have scheduled a compatible release in our road map and we hope to release it next week.

Regarding our plugin migration, as any others addons installed in your old Jira version, you don't need to do anything if you are migrating your old system to a new server machine, follow the standard Jira migration which can be found here:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/migrating-jira-to-another-server-151126305.html

Email Helpdesk for JIRA is migrated together with the Jira database as any plugins you had installed in your old JIRA, once you have installed the new machine and migrated the Jira database you only need to download upgrade the plugin version for your new Jira from the http://plugins.atlassian.com site.

If you want to have just a test version of email Helpdesk in your Jira 7.1 without any previous Jira migration, install your new Jira 7.1 server and download Email Helpdesk for JIRA from Attlassian Marketplace for your new 7.1 Jira instance.
To use the plugin, you will need a developer license which can be downloaded from your "My Atlassian" account (https://my.atlassian.com/), check the following link which explain the steps to do:

https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing#licensing-7

Once you have the plugin installed, you will need to configure it, as it was done in your previous Jira installation.

I hope it will help you.

Best Regards.
