our company have 2 diferent integrations, one on server(for software Team) and one on Cloud ( For Mechanical Engineers ). It's a good experience for both. But Now, the complete division wants JIRA Management, so we need migrate from server to Cloud the softwre team, and integrate the both Teams.

Could you tell us the best practice to Migrate and integrate the teams?

Hi there,

All the instructions to migrate an instance from Server to Cloud are described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Migrating+from+JIRA+Server+to+JIRA+Cloud

However, I understand you need to merge both instances, so we'll have a few more steps to be done, which will require a few more work on it, as we'll need to use a temporary JIRA Server instance to merge the content and then upload it back to Cloud. Please refer to this article for all steps: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/How+to+merge+two+different+JIRA+Cloud+applications+together

Thanks!

Dear Luiz,

Also we want to migrate Source Code Control to cloud (Bitbucket). Can you add specific details for our scenario?

Note that we already have Source Code Control with GIT, Sourcetree and Stash
