Migrating from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server - Attachements/logos missing with backup zip file

When I backup data from cloud jira (with attachment option selected), I don't find data folder with Attachments, Avatars and logos, which i needs to be imported to my standalone JIRA. Can you please help

The problem is with native unzipping program on windows does not extract attachments from backup file. It works on Linux for my case.

Workaround : Use a different unzip application (eg. winrar, 7-Zip)

Jijo,

In case you are following the documentation below and marking the setting to export attachments I believe you'll have to open a support ticket to see what's happening since it was supposed to include the data folder in the backup.zip with all your attachments.
