The problem is with native unzipping program on windows does not extract attachments from backup file. It works on Linux for my case.

Workaround : Use a different unzip application (eg. winrar, 7-Zip)

Jijo,

In case you are following the documentation below and marking the setting to export attachments I believe you'll have to open a support ticket to see what's happening since it was supposed to include the data folder in the backup.zip with all your attachments.

Thanks L F, I have created a support ticket on this issue

Jijo
