Migrating from Cloud to onsite and vice versa

Hi,

If i purchase  the cloud version of JIRA with the Confluence and Tempo, can i migrate later to an onsite version?

Or vice versa from onsite version to migrate to the cloud version.

If yes how much will cost for both cases?
