Migrating customer data from Salesforce to JIRA

Hi,

We have a mandatory custom field of 'Customer Name' while creating an issue in JIRA. And we want to create a drop-down menu so what a user will be able to select a customer from a list. All the customer names are in our Salesforce instance. So:

1) Is there a way to Import customer names from Salesforce to JIRA? (preferably without using an add-on)
2) And to create a drop-down menu for the custom field?

Any help/suggestion would be of a great help!
