We are moving from Service Desk to Jira Software, we want to retain all the service desks tasks and bugs and migrate them over to JIRA software.
Is there a way to retain the same security settings on issue comments ? We don't want clients to be able to see these internal comments.
For example, we have bulked move issues from Service Desk to Jira, this part is successful. However all the internal comments are now public.
Any would help would be much appreciated!

I think, you would need to restrict the internal comments to the Agent's group first and then move the issues. I think the group restriction must stay.
