Migrate users from one directory to another

Hi

Im trying to migrate users from one directory to another.

All users except 2 has been migrated. when I try to migrate again it says:

0 of 2 users successfully migrated.

Im not logged in as one of the users and I cant figure out whats preventing the last 2 users to migrate.

Hi Tobbe,

Please can you tell me what directories you are using? I recently migrated a user between an internal directory and a delegated directory, so if you are doing something similar then I'll try and help if I can.

You could try manually moving the users by running some SQL - see this comment for further information. It appears that Atlassian are working on a solution (see top of page), so it may already be available to you depending upon your version of JIRA.

Also, you may find the application log file useful as it should provide details as to why the migration is failing. Please check your {JIRA-HOME}/log/atlassian-jira.log file for the Java stacktrace messages.
