Memory Issues leading to missing dashboard menus

Memory issues affecting server and dashboard menus not loading

The server has been very unresponsive yesterday and today. The jira service was reset today for an unknown reason based on the logs which were pulled from the server that’s currently running Jira. Another issue we faced again today was also the TCP port 8080 wasn’t being associated with an ownership when the service was restarted causing the service desk which is pointing to 10.51.171.124:8080 be down. We were able to adjust the port to 8100 and restart the session which restored the connectivity to the service desk, but the dashboard isn’t booting correctly such as drop-down menus, and the projects aren't loading either entirely. I run the log Analyzer on the system, and the following errors and logs were the output. There is more than enough space on the server the max the CPU has hit was around 45 percent and only using around 4.5 Gigs of ram out of 16G.

Please advise

Did you click on the links provided by the Log Scanner and verify if those matched your problems?  Also, the first entry refers to an incompatible plugin, have you looked at the Manage Add-ons page to see if there are incompatibilities?
