Manage and add new versions to my plugins

Dear support team,

We uploaded 2 plugins on marketplace (which are qTest Connector for JIRA and qTrace) using this account I used to update some versions of qTest Connector. However, I've not been able to update the version recently.

When I clicked on Manage Listings, the page is redirected to

I'm wondering if there is any issue with my account or you've had some flow modifications. Would you please help with that? I need to upload our new version soon.
