Manage and add new versions to my plugins

Dear support team,

We uploaded 2 plugins on marketplace (which are qTest Connector for JIRA and qTrace) using this account phongnguyen@qasymphony.com. I used to update some versions of qTest Connector. However, I've not been able to update the version recently.

When I clicked on Manage Listings, the page is redirected to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/manage/plugins/create.

I'm wondering if there is any issue with my account or you've had some flow modifications. Would you please help with that? I need to upload our new version soon.
