What is the right workflow setting to make setting "Time spent" field value when resolving an issue compulsory? Google serch says that should be a transition Validation on "Field Compulsory", but there is no such Validation, only "Field value changed", which doesn't seem to work.

Would appreciate some help here.
If the log work fields are present only on the resolution screen you can make it compulsory from the field configuration.
Else you will need to add a required field validator provided by suite utilities plugin on the resolve issue transitions
