Can we know the issue has been deleted or not? i already see in the audit log, and there is no result there, because the first issue is gone, "ABC-1" is gone, the first number is "ABC-2" for that project, is it possible to check it?

When a jira issue is deleted is gone forever. However, as Hans stated, the only thing that you should check, is to see whether an issue security scheme has been associated with the project. If there is one, you need to make sure that you are included in all levels. If you are indeed included, and you can't see the issue, then the issue has been permanately deleted.

Generally, what you're describing does seem to lead to the conclusion that the ticket is indeed deleted.
One thing to check is if there is any Issue Security configured in the project. If that's the case, it could be that you are not in the group that might be configured for ABC-1 and therefore not eligible to see the ticket at all (not in search, not anywhere).
If there is NO issue security configured, then it would be safe to assume that the issue is indeed deleted.
You could check out this page: Top Jira apps to restore deleted issues [Cloud and... - Atlassian Community to see if there is a plugin available that shows deleted issues, but I'm not sure if they would work if the plugin would be installed AFTER the issue was deleted.

yeah i assume it is indeed deleted, but i am not sure because i am not the one who operate it, so i need to know is it really deleted or not

You should in that case check with the project administrator, who will be able to see if there is anything like 'Issue Security' setup.

In that case I would say it's safe to assume that the issue has in fact been deleted.
