Make Workflow Copy Reporter Domain to another field

I am trying to make a workflow that will copy the value of the Custom Field "Reporter Domain" (Part of the Jira Toolkit Plugin) into another field of type Group Picker (single).

I tried creating a post-function on the Create Transition, but when I create a new issue, I'm not seeing anything happen.

Any help would be appreciated!

I believe that the Reporter Domain custom field is only generated after a reindex happens. So, put your copy after the reindex and you have to reindex again.
