Maintain customer in service desk?

I took over the administration from a Service Desk. The Service Desk is configured so that anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal.
In the customer list I can see users from the internal company (coming from LDAP) but I can't delete them. So those users should stay as a user in JIRA but should be dropped from the JSD customer list. I checked already if they are in a role from the JSD project but they aren't.

Any idea?

Hi Jörg,

If these users are in LDAP you can delete them from LDAP or move them out of the JIRA groups in LDAP and once the sync happens they will be removed from JIRA.



Hi Branden,

if I delete them from LDAP they would't have access to JIRA anymore. 

But they should have still access to JIRA. So I only want them to drop them from the customer list.
