I took over the administration from a Service Desk. The Service Desk is configured so that anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal.
In the customer list I can see users from the internal company (coming from LDAP) but I can't delete them. So those users should stay as a user in JIRA but should be dropped from the JSD customer list. I checked already if they are in a role from the JSD project but they aren't.
