Mailadress generation for a board

we just started with jira in our company and my first question is:

how is it possible to generate a mailadress for a jira board or swimlane?

you can't mail a board or swim lane, what is your exact question?

Yuu can create mail handlers in Jira, create-issues-and-comments-from-email

What do you mean by "mailaddress"? Do you mean a web URL? If so, simply go to the board and copy the URL.

Thanks for the clarification. There are a couple of ways to do that. One is to setup a Jira Service Management project, which includes a built in email an issue process. This is a good process for customers.

If this is just from your Outlook and not others (like customers) there is an add-on app that is Free and will help you. 

Finally, you can do as Marc suggests and setup a mail handler to do it. This is the most complicated option, but might be what you need.
