Mail issue to service desk team of the Project


My client wants to send a notification to all the agents of the "service desk team" when an issue is created. 

I have created a group for those agents and gave them the role "service desk team" in the project. 

Can you please help me how can I set this email/notification up?

Check the associated notification scheme, edit and add the project role to the create notification which I believe is at the top...
