Mail audit log errors

Hi in our mail audit log we are getting the following failures every single day at different times:

* BYE JavaMail Exception: java.io.IOException: Connection dropped by server?
* BYE JavaMail Exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Emails are working normally but I cannot find any support on resolving this.  Below is our email request details:

Email Protocol: Secure IMAP
Mail Server: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993

Can someone please assist?

That's the mail server failing to respond to requests - you'll need to read the mail server's log to find out why it is failing, and check your network is handling the connection between the servers correctly.
