Hi I have setup a mail handler in JIRA which reads email from the mailbox and creates the issue type however after the ticket is created the email is getting deleted from the mailbox. can we stop those emails getting deleted even after the ticket is created?
The easiest solution is to simply put a rule in your mailbox that copies all new mails into a 'Jira' folder and let the JIRA mail handler read this folder.
If you do this you'll keep all your mails in your inbox and JIRA can just keep reading the emails.
