Mail Handler Errors after Jira Upgrad 5 to 6

Hello we just upgraded our JIRA instance from 5.2 to 6.2 and since this upgrade date, the mail handlers do not work anymore.

We are getting errors like :

An error was encountered whilst handling messages from the mail server "xyz-any-servername" using the handler "class com.atlassian.jira.plugins.mail.handlers.CreateOrCommentHandler".

The error was:

"Unable to create issue with message."

or

'com.metainf.jira.plugin.emailissue.handler.AutoReplyMailHandler' cannot be instantiated because there is no corresponding enabled module defining message-handler of such class

We didnt change something in our mail handler configuration or in our mail server configs.

Has anybody an idea what we can do or did something changed between JIRA 5.2 and JIRA 6.2 relating to this topic.
