Customer portal request type used to be set to the appropriate setting, now it is set to type none. I have made a ton of changes, so I'm not sure which change and where did it?
I tried to create separate screens and fields for each request type, so I think that's the problem but I'm not 100%.
Any help is appreciated.
Fixed my own issue. I had to modify the way screens, screen schemes, issues screen schemes, et al interacted. Im happy to help anyone in the future should they encounter this issue.
