MS Teams Notifications to Individuals

Hi everyone,

I want to find out if there's a way to use the OOTB automation to send notifications/messages to individual users in response to certain actions in Jira.

For example: I want the approver of a ticket to get a direct message on MS Teams when they need to approve a ticket OR I want to send a custom message to the reporter in MS Teams when an issue reaches a certain stage of the workflow.

Please note:

• I'm already making use of webhooks to send messages to channels, but that solution doesn't solve the above.
• I don't want to install apps since we don't have any budget allocated for it this fiscal year.

Any possible solutions or feedback on the viability of the above will be appreciated.
