Lots of missing E-mail Notifications

Missing a lot of e-mail notifications, but it appears to be just me. 

Checked our Mimecast e-mail filtering and only saw received three e-mail notifications, should be closer to 13.

Already checked the settings, and the selections are correct.

If you are getting any email notifications, then you email address has not been blacklisted.

If your personal Notifications settings in Jira don't have anything disabled, then the next thing to check is the configuration of Notifications for the project(s) from which you think you should've received notifications. This has to be compared to the Events that happened on issues for which you think you should've received notifications. Then look at the Notifications configuration for the project to see to whom those events should send notifications. Then assess if you were in a group/role/user-field specified in that configuration at the time the event occurred.

You may need assistance from a Project Administrator or a Jira Administrator to complete that assessment.
