Lost Time Remaining field on tickets with new View

When the switch to the new view happened we lost the Time Remaining field so we can't update the time remaining on tickets.

 

There is a Time Tracking field, but we have no way to do anything with that. No options to enter time spent. 

 

Is there a workaround or solution for this?

The issue turned to be problem with our permissions for our project. I guess the new view requires an update to the permissions.
