Losing carriage return on a csv import to cloud. The file is created by JIRA.

I am not looking to groom mass amounts of csv files. I need to bring in 10's of thousands of tickets form server to cloud. The files are generated by JIRA and they don't work. Any time I try to mess with the CSV delimiter field by adding single-quotes or double-quotes I get the error message "CSV delimiter must be one character only." Please help.

This is a known Jira bug. I have suggested a workaround which is mentioned in the bug.

The bug happens on Jira server, but I assume that same code is used for CSV import on Jira cloud as well.
