We have a need to allow non-system users to be able to view their development requests, open or closed (open would be the default). Looking to provide an interface like the service desk where the user would enter ID and password and be presented with a board containing a list of their development requests.
Unless you can use a full license on them, there is no way outside of a being a Service Desk Customer for non-users to see issues in a project. If you can use a license on them, you could add this specific group of users to your permission scheme to the Browse permission so that they have read-only access to their issues.
