Logs- Security log : cant find the user's IP address

Recently we have had a security breach and the JIRA USERID was accessed by unauthorised for the maximum number of failed attempts. AFter this the Captcha started coming which alerted the user and he wants know from which machine/IP adress the login was tried.

Security log is only giving me the details of when the attempts were tried and failed..I cannot trace the IP address or source of the unauthorised access.

Is there any other log that I may see.. Thanks....
