Login trouble

Motoyasu Yamada September 13, 2012

A user (our member), who had been able to log in, suddenly can't log in.

But other users can log in without any trouble.

Only he can't do.

He confirmed 'Username' and password, and changed browsers and computers.

But all login attemption failed.

I think that it probabbly be a bug, because of charaset.

His username consists of Japanese characters '杣 晃人' ( but other usernames doesn't meet any troubles).

Please fix it immediately.

Hi Yamada,

I mentioned this on your support ticket already, but I thought I'd include it here as well for anyone else that finds it, I've logged a bug at https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-6045 for you.

Cheers,

Matt

Hi Motoyasu,

I would suggest raising a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com , so one of our support engineer will be able to help you on this issue you are facing.

All the best.

Please raise a ticket on https://studio.atlassian.com/ and let us know your OnDemand instance name so we can investigate.

The ideographic space (U+3000) between the first and third characters may be the problem. Please also have the user try using a Western space (U+0020).
