Login Errors

Hello,

I created a new user account in crowd which has synced with JIRA, however when we try to login with the user account we're getting an error:

"An internal server error occurred when requesting resource <jira url>

Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again."

BUT, if you refresh the page, you're logged in and on the dashboard. This is only happening with this new account - my account still logs in just fine with no errors.

Any ideas?
