Logging user actions

Nikola Djurdjevic February 9, 2016

Hi all,

is it possible to log user actions in Jira. For example:

Can we log which ticket is last time viewed by user or which ticket he looked in past? What queries did he performed etc. In general view without modify.

Thanks in advance,

Nikola

Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

I don't think that will get him what he needs. It looks more like a trouble shooting tool for system changes. It looks to me they are looking for overall activity by users.

There is a feature called "JIRA Auditing" which may not exactly what you want, but it may kinda help you out.
