Logging of attachments in issues

Normally when I attach a file to an issue, this action is logged and can be viewed in activity-all.

Why is it not always logged?

Are you still facing this problem?

All attachments should log activity in the tab, when they are attached.

Hi Gabriel,

yes I do. Just found an Issue created one week ago. It has three attachments. Two pics are dated a few minutes before creation date of the issue. And they are named image-2018-03-29... So they were dropped into the description while/before creation of the issue.

A third file was attached some comments and hours later, but no entry in the tabs!

I am still running 7.5.0 but hopefully we will update to 7.8.2 next week.
