Log work in JIRA cloud calculates time period in a wrong manner

Hello. 

Below is a screen shot of a new Log work window in our cloud JIRA.

The screen shot is taken exactly at 12:38. 

Basically, once a developer has worked a number of hours and is finished for now, he tries to log work, by entering 3h (for example) in a worked input, and the time is From and To is being clulated as if the dev is projecting time to work into the future, not signing the fact that he worked for an ammount of time.

Expected From and To values would be 12:38 in To, and -3h from it in From.

Is there a way to achieve it through config? We do have Tempo but I am not sure the screen shot of a Log work form is a Tempo-one, I think it's a new JIRA version thing.

The Screen shot is of a Tempo one. The expectation from person working on bug is to enter From time (when he started working) and then hours (3 h), this will calculate To.
