Jira logs are full of Activity Stream - Unable to retrieve Filter Options - over 4000 in less than week.
Hercules indicates: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Activity+Stream+-+Unable+to+retrieve+Filter+Options?utm_source=STP&utm_medium=logScan
Still this page is useless as it refers to upgrading Jira to newer versions, but we already have jira upgraded to the latest version.
Hello Sorin,
I think this issue that you are running to is a bug which was tracked in this ticket:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27648
I know it's confluence ticket, but the bug occurs in both JIRA and Confluence. I have noticed that you have commented on it, and your question was about what line to add. I have done some reading, and I have tested it on my own JIRA and I found that you need to change the following line in your log4j.properties:
log4j.logger.com.atlassian = WARN, console, filelog log4j.additivity.com.atlassian = false
You need to change WARN to be ERROR, that will eliminate the WARN messages in your logs.
Please try it out and let me know how it goes. I really hope it works for you. :)
