Atlassian has implemented two factor authentication. Atlassian says it is sending a verification email address that I am not receiving after multiple resend requests. Does anyone know how I can reach someone from support or have a workaround for this?

Could the e-mail possibly in your spam or junk box. If nothings there, would reach out to your org admin to reset your account. If still doesn't work, then your org admin should be able to raise a support ticket to Atlassian to investigate further.
