We're using JIRA Software 7.3 as Release Management system where people submit tickets/task for deployment.
Say we have big maintenance this weekend and we want to lockup those days, if users submit ticket for deployment during these days, JIRA should lock them from donig so.
Is there an ability out of the box to do so? Or are there any other ways to do from add-on?
