I need to find where my predecessors may have set the Reply-to email header in Jira.
Context, when a user clicks "Reply" on an email from Jira, the reply-to header is set to the wrong email address. It is set to another Jira instance owner role account. Jiradev@domain for example. The instance we are in is jiraprod@domain. I need all emails sent from Jira to have the Reply-to set to jiraprod@domain. Where can I set this in Jira 8?
Originally, we were custom setting a Reply-to with a postfix on the Jira hosts, I was told this changed with the introduction of Jira 7 and they removed the Postfix (a few years ago) stating that "this can be set on Jira's end now".
One more detail. This reply-to is not to the confused with the From header:
From: "Bob (Jira)" <replytojira@twosigma.com>
I know where to set this.
Are you using any type of email app on your server instance? If you are not then on each project you would need to check the email associated with the notification scheme.
