Local user account not created

Hi,

I'm in JIRA software7.1.2 with project configurator 1.13-J7

On my source JIRA server, I have local user account created in JIRA internla directory.

When I export the project, I export active user and group.

During simulation, no error. But when I want to apply changes, I blocked on a local user account that add-on is not able to found or recreate.

Hi,

It would be very useful to have a look at the XML file that was being imported and at the import trace. If you prefer, just send these items to our support email account.
