Local Server to OnDemand Conversion

We are running Jira 5.0 on a local server. Would like to convert to OnDemand. Is there a way to export our configuration, data, and attachments and upload to OnDemand?

yes you can do that, first need to migrate local jira to latest version(ondemand jira version) then export data and import it to ondemand jira
