List value maintenance issue

Hi,

I have a cascading list in an issue.

Is there a way to base it's values on fields from another issue from another project?

My case is that this list is managed by a team in my organisation and it can be changed daily.

I would like to be able to allow them to add/remove/modify values in this list without the need for me to do this for them.

Any ideas?

No, the list for a select list is set by the adminstrators.  There's no functions to add values in other ways, you'd need to find or write an add-on to do this.
