List of projects with their role names

Is there any way of getting a list of all the projects along with its respective roles and to which groups those roles are granted to.

so basically what we need is as follows:

Project name

Groups in the roles

I could not find any such feature in Jira readily available.

Any SQL query or Rest API command...?

Thanks in advance for the help.

FYI; Roles are universal, not by project, so every role would appear in every project it just may not have any members. And roles can have individual users as well as groups. I can see how this would be a useful report.

Hi Joe,

Yes, you are right. And, I know that already.

But I am not looking for role names. There are only 5 roles that we have in our Jira setup. So that is not a problem.

What I am looking for is the names of different group ids assigned to these roles for each project.

We need this report for our audit purposes. I hope I could articulate it more precisely this time.
