List of all tickets under a specific column to a different Project

Question

Is it possible to pull all tickets under a specific column to 1 MAIN ticket on a different project

For example:

I am trying to get all tickets under BUSINESS PROJECT, COLUMN "UAT" to 1 ticket under SECURITY PROJECT.

This ticket under security project will list all tickets under Column "Approved" from Business Project which will be reviewed by security team.

I thought about adding tickets through a smart checklist, but process has to be done manually and every week, not sure if that is the correct approach
