List of Epics in the "epic" panel is empty on my Scrum Board - is it because of the filters ?

Hello people

I have created a Scrum Board for a specific project.

I am filtering the scrum board based on 3 epic link in order to display only tickets that match those 3 epics links.

Here is the query

filter.PNG

It works well for my tickets ; the only tickets i see in my backlog are the ones corresponding to the epics

However, in that board, the "epic" panel is empty ! I want to be able to use the "epic" panel to filter on some epics :

Anyone has an idea on how i can see my epics on that left-hand side panel ?

Hi @olivierdemey,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Your guess is totally right :). In fact your filter does not include the epics but only the user stories linked to those epics.

In order to solve your problem just add the following at the end of your query (but before the 'order by' of course)  :

OR issue in (CFE-625, CFE-637, CFE-274)

cheers

For others with similar issues, the Epic Status field might be to blame.
