Lisense renewal and support

Hi,

we have a 10 User Jira local server with Jira version 6.4.10. The license (10$) is expired. Is it possible to renew this license for 10 user? What will be the cost? And can we get support from Jira with this license?

We are planning to install a new server with a 50 user license (not ordered yet) as a local server with Jira 8.4.0 (or maybe 8.5.0 if released soon). For the migration of the data from 6.4.10 to 8.4.0 the community pointed us to Jira support. But they told us we first should buy the 50 user license, before we can get support on this. But we would like to know about the procedure and the complexity (and if it is possible from 6.4.10 to 8.5.0) before we buy the 50 user license.
