We have one customer-managed JIRA with issues reported by the client, and one internal JIRA with translated issues as entered by us. These are set up with fully reciprocal links. How do I configure both ends to allow linking an issue in our JIRA to the original issue in their JIRA? Currently, I've configured everything as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/configuring-issue-linking-861253998.html but I still cannot find any way to indicate I want to link to an issue in another project when editing an issue. I have admin permissions on both JIRAs, so likely this isn't a permission issue?
