Link separate projects to accommodate different project types

Danny DiVIta June 3, 2016

We are curious if we can link projects or tasks in separate projects so we can report on statuses. Here is the scenario.

Project 1: This project is setup using the Project Management template and used to manage all teams responsible for the project.

Project 2: This projects is setup using the SCRUM template. This is used for the development team.

We want users who have access to Project 1 to see how development is coming along in Project 2. Do we simply link tasks from project 2 into project 1?

Hello Danny,

If the people on project 1 have access to project 2, they can see how development is coming on link task. And you should create a dashboard to global answers about the project 2.

I sent to you some hyperlink about linking issues:

Lemme know if this helped you.
