From the workflow and from a board, we are looking for a solution to click on e.g the "Done" headline in a board column and then be directed via an url to a page we specify.
When the person clicks on the "Done" header she should open a the page where we put in a decsription telling about what we mean by done and what schould been finished before we can say that a task/story is done.
It should work the same way for all columns in the swinlane.
If it is not in core Jira we are open to use plugins or add ons, but we are using the Cloud version.
