Licensing price confirmation

Hi Team,

could you please confirm that licensing of All-in-one add-on is based on the total amount of JIRA users rather than users intended to access reporting features?

If the licensing is based on total users, do we have any options to licence only for people who will access/develop these reports?

Is it the same for own server-hosted instance?

Thank you for contacting us. As per Atlassian Marketplace agreement, the add-on pricing is linked to the overall JIRA users licensing and it is not possible to have add-on specific user licensing. This is true for both Cloud and Server add-ons.
