Less strict strip mail in email requests

Is it possible to mail handler strips mail history only based on reply line?

Here is a setting:

"Strip quotes
Copies text above first match of either the email reply line or quote rule."

i could set only Yes or no.

When we send to customer info we don't need to see what we send to him..So stripping above reply line is ok

But very often, history of his correspondece which he send in mail have valuable information. But the rule strips also the history from other persons.

So is it possible to mail handler strips only based on reply line? and not by vulnerable for any other rules?

This is not possible out of the box. This is doable with some third party apps like Jira Enterprise Mail Handler (JEMH) or I think that SmartHandler may also be able to do this.
